Around the green
The oldest part of the village sits around the green and along the roads leading off it, and what gives these houses their character is mostly small: original sash windows, panelled front doors, fireplaces, cornices and old floorboards. They are also the first things to go in a careless renovation.

Yes. It is a short drive east of Haywards Heath along the A272, and county lines make no difference to the work. The only practical change is that planning goes to Lewes District Council rather than Mid Sussex, and we deal with both.
