How it works
One team, from the first measure to the last door.
With most kitchen companies, the people who sell you the kitchen are not the people who fit it, and neither of them built the room. With us, it is the same team all the way through.
-
Design
We measure up and talk through how you cook, eat and use the room. Layout, storage, appliances and lighting are planned around that, then we help you choose the doors, colours, worktops and handles.
-
Build
We take the room back to brick and joist. Level floors, new plumbing, new circuits from the board and fresh plaster. If walls are coming out or the kitchen is going into an extension, our own trades do that too.
-
Install
Units set dead level, panels scribed tight to walls that are never quite straight, worktops templated once the units are in, and every door and drawer adjusted until the gaps are even.

Built properly, underneath
A kitchen is a building job with fitted furniture on the end of it. Beautiful units on old walls, old floors and old services is how you end up with a kitchen that looks right for eighteen months. Stone and quartz are heavy, so we make sure the floor and the units underneath can carry them. Gas and electrical work is certificated.
Opening up, or extending
If the kitchen is moving rooms, opening into the garden or going into a new extension, that is structural work, and we do it ourselves as part of the same job. One programme, one team, and nobody to hand the problem over to.
Your kitchen, or ours
We can supply the kitchen, build and install a design from a kitchen designer you already use, or fit units you have bought yourself. We will tell you honestly which works out better on your job.
Recent work
A selection of recent kitchens.
“Relocated our kitchen from the front of the house to the back with minimal fuss and provided an excellent finished job. Both rooms have definitely improved the house. Their expert advice was always on hand and valued as the job progressed. The folding patio doors fitted a treat and made the kitchen. All work was neat and tidy and on time. Would have no hesitation using them again.”
Straight answers
Kitchens: common questions
Do you design the kitchen, or do I need a kitchen designer?
We design it with you. We measure up, work through the layout, storage, appliances and lighting, and help you choose doors, finishes, worktops and handles. If you already have a designer you are happy with, we will build and install their design just as carefully.
Can you fit a kitchen I have bought elsewhere?
Yes. Plenty of customers buy their own units and we do everything else. We will tell you honestly if supply and fit works out better on your job.
How long will I be without a kitchen?
A straightforward kitchen replacement is usually two to three weeks. If walls are moving or the room is being rewired and replastered it is longer, and we will tell you before we start.
Can you open the kitchen up or extend it at the same time?
Yes, and that is where having builders do the kitchen pays off. Taking out a wall, adding a roof light or building an extension for the kitchen to go into is all one job, on one programme, with one team.
